For optimal results, we suggest the following:
Treatment Frequency: 2 – 3 times per day.
Treatment Schedule: 5:00 am -7:00 am, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Treatment Duration: 5 minutes of Blue Light and 30 minutes of Red Light.
After 15 days of regular treatment, take a 2-day break.
Continue this protocol for 3 months.
And if you would like to further strengthen the treatment, I recommend that you adds time on red light treatment. But please keep in mind that blue light treatment should never run for over 5 minutes because it’s very powerful.
