The Big Magic coil tester does not light up on the mat but when I place the coils of the Mini Magic on it, then it lights up. This is a recent purchase. I have tried it on every inch of the mat. The same issue with my daughter’s purchase. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, please check if you’ve fully plugged in first. If the mat is fully plugged in and the coil tester still doesn’t light up, the problem can either be with the coil tester or the mat. Please report your problem to support@miramate.com. I’m sure they’ll try their best to help you:)
