Not necessarily. When comparing PEMF devices, it can be tempting to focus only on magnetic field strength, but a higher number does not automatically mean a better PEMF experience.
Field intensity is just one part of the picture. Frequency, waveform, pulse characteristics, coil design, coverage area, and how the device is intended to be used all matter too.
Different PEMF devices can therefore be designed for very different routines. A compact device may focus on portability and localized use, while a full-body mat may prioritize broad coverage and a more immersive session.
The better question is not simply “Which one is stronger?” but rather:
“Which PEMF setup best fits the way I want to use it?”
