Has anyone used Miramate on a long flight? Not sure if it is allowed?

I used it on a 2-hour flight and had no issues with going through security with it, but at the Denver airport, I prechecked that I can use the pre-check line. Flew back through a small airport that doesn’t have pre-check and only took my laptop. They only ask for electronics larger than a phone to be taken out. I figured that if they asked to take it out and wondered what it was, I’d say a device similar to a TENS unit.
